Cosmetic Science Conference (CSC) Paris 2010 by SOFW
The CSC’s program will focus on topics of cosmetic science, one of which will be the investigation and characterisation of the penetration of topically applied substances to the skin. Recently it was demonstrated that nanoparticles can serve as efficient carrier systems for drug delivery in the case of systemic and topical application. Besides the penetration aspect of nanoparticles, safety aspects will be discussed, too.
In the first part of the conference, skin models will be presented. The prospects and limitations of these models compared to in vivo models will be discussed and possible development trends presented.
The program of the CSC will be of high practical relevance. The topics will be presented by leading international experts who, of course, will be available for discussion with the participants.
The CSC conference is organized by SOFW and supported by the “International Society of Skin Pharmacology and Physiology”.
All participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
