Newest Faerie Made Product Renews Commitment to Supporting Local
Asheville NC, Feb 4, 2008 / SOAPWIRE/ --Faerie Made, an Asheville-based natural products company, is pleased
to announce that its newest product out, Natural Shea w/ organic virgin coconut oil and beeswax, will be made using beeswax purchased from local beekeepers. This product will be featured in five all-natural scents: Lemon, Fragrance Free, Vanilla, Monoi (Tiare), and Amber.
While the most cost-efficient route may have been to buy in bulk from a large national distributor, Faerie Made hopes to strengthen its commitment to the local community by sourcing out local suppliers whenever possible. "I am committed to supporting local business as much as possible, including purchasing locally produced beeswax for all of our products containing beeswax (muscle rub, lip balms & newly produced Natural Sheas w/ organic virgin coconut oil)," says Faerie Made Owner, Tina Glenn.
Faerie Made supplies health-conscious retail stores nationally with a strong NC statewide focus. There are approximately 40 locations in NC alone carrying Faerie Made soaps and other body care products including: Whole Foods, Greenlife, French Broad Food Co-Op, and Banner Therapy Products.
