Live Demonstration of the New FILAMATIC ® State-Of-The-Art Belt Wheel Capper at PACK-EXPO 2005
Baltimore, MD - (SOAPWIRE) - This integrated, multifunction, liquid filling/capping packaging system will be on display at National Instrument’s Booth #N8614 at Pack Expo in Las Vegas, September 26-28, 2005.
Visitors will be able to observe every synchronized, automatic stage of the competitively priced FILAMATIC ® system. Beginning at the rotary unscrambler, the containers are conveyed to the volumetric liquid filler and then capped by FILAMATIC’s ® new belt wheel capper. Filled/capped containers then move onto the rotary accumulating table.
FILAMATIC’s ® newly designed belt wheel capper will cap containers previously considered unsuitable for handling by a belt wheel capper. Containers such as soft-sided plastic, tall, thin tube-like bottles, and many other types, can now be capped quickly and easily. This new capper features tool-less changeover and handles a wide range of cap sizes.
The various automatic, synchronized operations in this compact filling/capping system are arranged to maximize efficiency and minimize floor space requirements. Single operator monitoring, precise volumetric fills and accurate torque control ensure increased productivity.
If your liquid filling needs are on a smaller scale, FILAMATIC ® will also be displaying its “tried and true” single station bench-top filler. This operational bench-top exhibit will include several types and sizes of piston pumps that are designed to fill a wide range of liquids.
