National Instrument Company is pleased to announce its newest Monobloc technology as featured in its FILAMATIC® Mini-Monobloc.  This unit offers servomotor filling, stopper/tip placement, cap torque and indexing systems for controlled delivery, equipment reliability and set-up.    With its compact size, efficient operation and portability to move and relocate as needed, the Mini-Monobloc Filling System is ideal for Pharmaceutical, Diagnostic and Biotech pilot plants or for limited production requirements.

With an overall footprint of 2’ x 4’, the Mini-Monobloc easily handles glass vials, plastic or glass tubes, microtubes or precapped microtubes.  Container feeding is offered as an automatic system with speeds up to 30 cpm or as a manual system, with speeds up to 20 cpm.   The Mini-Monobloc fills liquids from micro-doses to 60ml at accuracies of +/- ¼% or better.  Closure types range from rubber stoppers, dropper tips and crimp seals to screw caps.   Product outfeed is a removable collection bin or tray.  Standard menu-driven, touch screen operator interface identifies this Monobloc system as an exceptional pharmaceutical GMP design.

The Mini-Monobloc Filling System provides the ultimate in a simple set-up that enables the user to process product quickly and efficiently in a minimum space.  Added extras include a comprehensive IQ/OQ package, GAMP documentation and optional Class 100 HEPA filtration hood.
